We want you to have the best possible experience with us at Neuro Float. Kindly note that by making use of our facilities you expressly agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

Neuro Float shall not be held responsible for any claim or damage arising or suffered, either directly or indirectly, whilst on these premises, in any manner whatsoever. This exclusion of liability applies to all claims regardless of whether for theft, personal harm, injury or death, or for damage, loss or destruction of property and shall apply whether arising from gross negligence or any other cause whatsoever. The foregoing shall limit and/or exempt any loss attributable to the gross negligence or wilful conduct of the Landlord or any person acting for or under the Landlord’s control. The terms of this notice are severable. Should any legislation restrict or prohibit the effect of parts of this notice, such restriction or prohibition shall not invalidate the balance of this notice. By entering these premises you do so at your own risk and further acknowledge to have accepted these terms.

FIRST-TIME FLOATERS:
Bring along a hairbrush and a change of comfortable clothes for after your floatation therapy.

Neuro Float will provide a private float room, shower, towels, organic shampoo and earplugs.

Facilities
Use of the facilities is done at each individual’s own risk. These facilities make use of water and as a result the floatation facility and surrounding area may at times be wet. All interaction with this facility is done at your own risk and in doing so you acknowledge that you are aware of the risks which may stem from a wet open area, including but not limited to the risk of slipping on the surface.
Whilst we do ensure that the facility is cleaned between each session, fresh towels are provided and the floatation room is filtered and sanitized between each session in accordance with the Floatation Tank Association Standards. However, Neuro Float shall not be held responsible for any claim or damage arising or suffered, either directly or indirectly, whilst on these premises, in any manner whatsoever.

Fees
Fees vary based on the desired service package. We require payment at the time of service or electronic transfer before the float session.

Cancellation Policy
Scheduled sessions may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty; should cancellation occur at any time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session you shall remain liable for of the scheduled fee.

Shower Policy
Floaters have 5 minutes to rinse off before their float sessions and up to 10 minutes to shower and exit the float room after their session. This is in addition to your 60 minute float time.

 

BY MAKING YOUR BOOKING YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND WILL ADHERE TO THESE POLICIES:

1. I understand that I cannot use the float pod if I am under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs.

2. If I have a history of heart disease or blackouts, I understand that I need written consent from my physician to use the float pod.

3. I do not suffer from uncontrolled seizures or epilepsy.

4. I do not have any communicable or infectious diseases, illnesses, or skin disorders.

5. I do not have a condition, and I am not medicated in any manner, which may be adversely affected by deep relaxation and/or immersion in a magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt) water solution.

6. If I have diabetes, high or low blood pressure etc., I am under medication and monitored by a physician so that I can safely use the float pod.

7. I do not have a kidney disease.

8. I understand that Neuro Float, cannot provide medical treatment.

9. In the event I experience a medical emergency, I hereby authorize Neuro Float to call emergency medical staff &/or my emergency contact on my behalf.

10. I understand that if I contaminate the water in the Float Pod in any way (ie. hair colour, spray tan, body fluids, etc.) I will be held financially liable for the draining and replacement of the water, Epsom salt and special cleaning services.

11. I understand that the violation of any of these rules that results in contamination of the  float tank water may result in a salt replacement fee of approximately (but not limited to) R3500.00.

12. If I am pregnant, I have consulted with and have permission from my physician to use the Float Pod.

13. I understand that using a tanning bed or shaving within 24 hours of my float session may 
    cause skin irritation.

14. Before entering the Float Pod, I will shower thoroughly to remove natural body oils and skin and hair products.

15. After exiting the Float Pod, I will shower thoroughly to rinse the salt from my hair and body.

16. I am choosing to use floatation therapy of my own free will and will not hold the 
    owner/operator or Neuro Float liable for any injury during a session or while on the 
    premises.

17. Based on the Neuro Float Crew interactions with me; if they deem that I am not in the right state of mind to float, they reserve the right to refuse service without charge.
